Dear
concerned Malaysians and friends of Malaysia,
Thousands
have been seeing my messages and hope you would read them for the purpose of
seeking for solution at this time of turmoil post GE13.
First, what
kind of Federal Cabinet just formed by PM Najib which is described by Najib as
experienced, technocrats and young and old.
For some or most of the experienced ones are likely in corruption and
abuses of power and likely also at sort of low educational level.
For the
Cabinet members especially for the technocrats, I would like to demand that
their profile or biodata with documentary proofs be available in website as
part of the report cards. Can this be
done as transformation is the appeal of BN/UMNO sort of illegal and minority
Government?
While the
said Cabinet is sort of solution as far as BN/UMNO and PM Najib post GE13, it
is very important that a more appropriate solution to the leadership crisis
following a much disputed GE13.
There are
enough of suggestions of solution for the nation to move on since the socalled
Black505. While the Pakatan Rakyat is
trying to confine the Rallies of Protests again the EC and electoral frauds of
BN/UMNO indoor and yesterday my friend brought to a shopping centre where I saw
a black shirt stuck to the car’s door and the black shirt actually partly lying
on the street. Is this an omen that some concerned NGOs like SAMM and ABU is
trying to organize a million protesters in KL’s streets?
On 19th
May, 2013, the PR’s rally would be held in Kota Kinabalu.
Some of the
proposed solutions are PM Najib form a Government of national unity; PM Najib
goes back to the people; PM Najib calls a Royal Commission of Inquiry on the
Electoral system; DAP Karpal asked
BN/UMNO to join PR; and some other anonymous rumours of “frogs” and alleged
SAPP involved in money politics as per Police Report lodged. But beware, ‘frogs’ is not a solution in this
time as Haris Ibrahim of ABU has warned ‘frogs’ as the endangered specie for
bribes.
We have seen
enough of diatribe between Anwar / Pakatan Rakyat and Najib / BN/UMNO since
2009 and that is not going to stop now.
So we need to find good solution before every one in Malaysia is affected one way or
another.
Just before
the polling days, DAP was threatened by talks of ‘de-registration’ and this is
still a possibility now. As far as UMNO
is concerned, UMNO Baru should have been
‘de-registered’ long time ago and as far back to 1994 when Police Reports had
been lodged that UMNO Sabah has substantial
illegal people or Project IC holders as members. Why is this not done? So it is timely that this is done and could
be the timely solution for the present turmoil to avert a much bigger national
disaster. No double standard
please. So now with Paul Low of
Transparency International Malaysia
as the newly minted senator and Federal Minister in the PM Ministry, we should
see an expedited ‘de-registration’ of UMNO based on so many Police Reports on
UMNO. Senator Paul Low, please take this as a new challenge as the ball is now
in your court. Senator Paul Low, are
you prepared to co-habit with already known dark profile of the BN/UMNO?
Would the
de-registration of DAP and UMNO be part and parcel of the solution of present
crisis of illegitimate Federal and State Governments?
If not
de-registration and in present status quo post GE13 then how can the prolonged
crisis of the mandate of Najib since 2009
be resolved? Najib did not have
mandate in 2009 and the present mandate of GE13 is seriously flawed in two
major aspects namely support by minority voters and manipulated electoral
results first past the post for the parliamentary contests.
Also it is
not feasible to go back to the people without an improved Electoral rolls and
changed Election Commission.
Nobody is
gaining with the ongoing Black505 scenario in the nation.
As Anwar had
claimed in preliminary results that Pakatan Rakyat had won and in Kota Kinabalu
I was told that the roads to the Istana and the Legislative Assembly were
blocked by Police {true or not?} soon after polling had closed indicating
BN/UMNO in Sabah had also lost. Musa
also did not appear in TV1 on 50513 as it was in GE2008. Should Anwar and Pakatan Rakyat be allowed to
helm the Federal Government? Maybe the
30 Court cases would be ruled in PR’s favour as PR need another 23 seats to
form the Federal Government? Any wish
here? Would such scenario stabilize the
change? All yet to be seen.
We cannot
allow this governing impasse for too long to generate into something unsighted.
So there is
another avenue. So to break this
governing impasse like when two key players fight, and unlike a boxing match a
third party need to be introduced. I
would call this third party – The Interim Good Governance Government –
IGGG. What we need to do now is to be
prepared for IGGG possibly with the support of the armed forces to keep the
peace and security for two years of transition for a proper constituted fresh General
Elections to give the nation a better hope of reconciliation and
reconstruction. Like RAHMAN as
fulfilled, now we have NAJIB meaning Najib Army/Anwar Joshua …I…B…
56 years
under BN/UMNO is really enough.
Joshua Y. C.
Kong
PM of IGGG Malaysia -
