MALACCA: State DAP officials confirmed that MP for Kota Melaka Sim Tong Him has been expelled from party for contesting as an independent in Kota Laksamana state constituency.
Oddly, Sim is also defending his Kota Melaka parliamentary seat under the DAP logo.
His opponent is MCA's new face Dr Yee Kok Wah, Sim is still in nomination centre at SMK Padang Temu.
