Actually, I had lodged Police Report in 2004 about the UMNO Sabah with lots of illegal members who hold project IC. DAP has been sleeping and had not followed up with my Police reports and so today DAP regrets in leisure.
So there is an RCI puppy named ROCKET in my house as the Rocket symbol is gone.
It does not make sense the CEC is the head of the party and the head is now chopped off with a headless
party? How can DAP goes into the GE 13 as headless?I am not member of any political party, and if DAP is to be de-registered like Pasok disallowed in GE2008 on nomination day, UMNO should have been de-registered in 1994 for rigging and giving genuine IC to illegal people who became UMNO members and be voters in Sabah Rolls. Such acts of treason should be punished by DEATHS. Joshua

ROS does not recognise DAP's CEC lineup
Just
two days to nomination day, the Registrar of Societies (ROS) has
apparently sent a letter to DAP informing the party that it does not
recognise DAP's central executive committee (CEC).
DAP is expected to converge an emergency meeting at 3pm today as it scrambles to deal with the repercussions of the ROS’ decision, and will most likely call for a press conference an hour later.
Party secretary-general Lim Guan Eng refused to comment further on the matter when asked during a press conference to announce its Selangor candidacy list at DAP headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.
Other DAP leaders, when contacted by Malaysiakini, confirmed receiving a letter from the ROS, but did not specify as to its content.
The letter, dated yesterday and supposedly by the ROS, is being circulated on the Internet. However, its authenticity has yet to be verified by DAP or ROS.
However, attempts by Malaysiakini to contact ROS director-general Abdul Rahman Othman has so far failed, while another senior officer claimed to have no knowledge of the letter.
If true, this could tantamount to a major blow to DAP’ preparations for the coming May 5 general election, touted to be the tightest in Malaysian political history.
As of now, it is also unclear if this would affect the party's candidates' use of the DAP logo on nomination day.
DAP had come under ROS' probe for the "technical glitch" that happened during party polls in December last year, which resulted in changes to their initial CEC lineup.
The party had claimed that a technical error occured during vote tabulation, and later refused calls for fresh polls despite protests from certain party members.

This was confirmed by Election Commission chairperson Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusoff.
"It would not affect, they can contest," he said in a text message reply to Malaysiakini.
The ROS had informed the DAP that it does not recognise its new line up of party office bearers elected late last year due to a technical glitch in the tabulation of votes.
In view of this, the ROS had ordered for the central committee to be frozen until investigations are complete.
A copy of ROS' letter to DAP was sent to the EC.

central committee. This was confirmed by Election Commission chairperson Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusoff.
